The CSF-200 sintering furnace is equipped with high-purity silicon carbide elements, ensuring zero pollution on zirconia materials during sintering. Even after 200 sintering cycles, color consistency remains intact, with minimal changes in brightness (ΔL), saturation (Δc), and tone (Δh).
This furnace offers efficient and intelligent operation, allowing for rapid cooling by opening the furnace at 900°C. The next sintering cycle can begin as early as 500°C, significantly improving turnaround times.
