The SHINING 3D Ceramix-Nano is an ultra-compact capsule 3D printer designed for chairside fabrication of permanent ceramic restorations. Integrating high-precision printing and on-machine curing into a single 2 kg device, Ceramix-Nano streamlines the digital workflow from intraoral scan to final restoration.
Powered by SHINING 3D's patented APS (Adaptive Pneumatic Stereolithography) technology, Ceramix-Nano produces highly accurate ceramic restorations while reducing printing time to as little as 8 minutes for a single crown. When combined with SHINING FLOW AI Design, clinicians can complete a permanent restoration in under 30 minutes—all within a single appointment.
Ceramix-Nano Aesthetic Curing Kit
The Ceramix-Nano Aesthetic Curing Kit is designed to provide an oxygen-free environment for the final curing of ceramic restorations, helping achieve optimal surface quality and aesthetic results.
The kit includes everything required to perform the curing process, including:
Aesthetic Curing Chamber Assembly – A sealed chamber designed to create an oxygen-free environment during the final curing stage.
Integrated Flow Meter & Pressure Regulator – Ensures precise control of gas flow and pressure for consistent, reliable curing performance.
Gas Cartridge Adapter – Compatible with 3/8"-24 UNF threaded nitrogen (N₂) or carbon dioxide (CO₂) mini gas cartridges.
Connection Tubing – Connects the gas cartridge to the curing chamber for efficient gas delivery.
Please note: Nitrogen (N₂) or carbon dioxide (CO₂) replacement cartridges are not included and must be purchased separately for ongoing use.
