The Biomic Stain and Glaze system offers two distinct kits—Basic and Aesthetic—designed to meet diverse aesthetic needs in dental restorations.

Basic Kit: Includes 2D stain, 3D stain, colouring liquid, glaze brush, and shade matcher.

Aesthetic Kit: Features all items in the Basic Kit plus additional colorants for greater customisation.

2D Stain: With moderate viscosity, it applies evenly to ceramic surfaces without collapsing, ensuring a smooth application process.

3D Stain: Offers high plasticity for shaping adjustments and enhancing contact points.

Colouring Liquids:

  • Colouring Liquid 1: Dilutes 2D stain.
  • Colouring Liquid 2: Adjusts 3D stain’s viscosity while preserving its performance characteristics.

Components included in the Biomic Aesthetic Kit are:

  • 2D Paste: Shades A, B, C, D, Blue 1, Blue 2, White, Glaze-F
  • Liquid: Colouring Liquid 1( 2D stains) , Colouring Liquid 2( 3D Stains)
  • 3D Paste: 3DN(For Nature), 3DV(For Value)
  • Accessory Products: 2D Brush, 3D Brush, 16 Shade Matcher

Q. How can I adjust the thickness of Low-temperature powder mixed with Glaze-F?

A: If the mixture of Low-temperature powder and Glaze-F becomes too thick, you can adjust its consistency by mixing it with Coloring Liquid 1. This will help achieve the desired paste texture for application.

Q: How can I create a special colour 3D paste for my restorations?

A: To make a special colour 3D paste, mix the desired powder with 3D Natural. Then, add Colouring Liquid 2 to adjust the paste’s consistency as needed, ensuring it’s easy to apply and work with.

Q: What adjustments can be made to the surface brightness of a restoration after sintering?

A To reduce surface brightness, lower the sintering temperature to 715°C. Conversely, to enhance surface brightness, increase the sintering temperature to 750°C. Additionally, manual polishing after glazing can further adjust the surface brightness as needed.
