Chairside 3D Printing for Everyday Dentistry: Tools, Tips & Outcomes – a Hands-On Course for In-House Splints, Whitening Trays, Guards, and Restorations.

This fast-paced hands-on workshop is designed for dentists and their teams looking to integrate or optimise in-house 3D printing for splints, mouthguards, whitening trays, and crown and bridge applications. Participants will explore the use of MSLA and DLP printing technologies in a clinical setting, covering both in-house CAD design and outsourcing workflows. The session will also provide practical advice on file preparation, print settings, post-processing, and troubleshooting common resin printing issues.

3D printing is no longer just for labs—chairside manufacturing allows practices to produce high-quality appliances and restorations quickly, affordably, and on demand. This course takes a straightforward, clinical approach to in-house printing, focusing on predictable results using MSLA and DLP technologies. Whether you're new to printing or looking to streamline your workflow, you’ll leave with the confidence to produce functional, patient-ready devices without the lab wait.
